Every food service establishment always needs at least one certified food service manager on hand. It's also a great practice to certify most, if not all, employees who will be working with food, at least as a food handler. By equipping all employees with more knowledge regarding proper sanitation, hazards and other food-related subjects, you improve the of safety of all products leaving the kitchen, while also increasing your health inspection scores.
This 1-day ServSafe Manager certification class, held at the location of your choice, is from 8:00am – 5:00pm. The test begins promptly at 2:30pm. Participants will receive:

· Eating Well with Chef Cordell study notebook
· ServSafe Food handler book
· Exam voucher/answer sheet
Classes are $140/person (minimum 3 participants)
